You’ve Done the Inner Work. Now Let’s Build the Outer Life..
A Therapist-Informed Approach to Coaching
Because I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I bring a deep understanding of human behavior, emotion, and change to our coaching work together. That clinical foundation shapes how I listen, how I ask questions, and how I help you move forward.
Therapy vs. Coaching
Both offer support for growth, but they serve different purposes.
Therapy
Therapy focuses on healing emotional pain, processing trauma, and treating mental health symptoms within a clinical treatment plan.
Coaching
Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, helping you clarify your goals, make practical changes, and move forward with support and accountability.
You’ve Done the Hard Part.
Now Let’s Build What’s Next.
Coaching is for women who have done their healing and are ready to move forward—with clarity, support, and someone in their corner.

Navigating a Life Transition
Maybe you’re graduating, changing careers, or walking away from something that no longer fits.
Coaching helps you clarify what comes next and begin taking meaningful steps forward.

Breaking Old Relationship Patterns
You understand where the patterns came from, but they still affect how you trust, connect, or let people in.
Coaching helps you move beyond old reactions and make choices from a clearer, more confident place.

Reclaiming Your Focus
Chronic stress, people-pleasing, and always being “on” can make it difficult to think clearly.
Coaching helps you create calmer, more supportive patterns so you can focus on what matters.
Every session is designed to give you practical tools and insights that you can apply right away.

What is personal growth coaching?
Personal growth coaching is a future-focused, collaborative process. It helps you clarify what matters, recognize patterns that may be holding you back, and take practical steps toward meaningful change.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy often focuses on healing from the past and addressing emotional distress. Coaching starts with where you are now and focuses on your goals, choices, and the life you want to build next.
Do I have to retell my whole story?
No. You decide what you want to share. If difficult experiences from your past are influencing how you show up today, they can be acknowledged with care without requiring you to retell or relive them.
Coaching focuses on how those experiences may be affecting your present choices, relationships, confidence, or goals—and what you want to build moving forward.
What can a personal growth coach help with?
Coaching may help you:
- Navigate a life or career transition
- Build confidence and trust yourself
- Change people-pleasing or perfectionistic patterns
- Strengthen boundaries and communication
- Create more balance and focus
- Turn insight into practical action
- Build routines that support your goals
Who is personal growth coaching best suited for?
Coaching may be a good fit if you know what you want to change but feel stuck putting it into motion. It can be especially helpful when you understand your patterns and are ready for practical support, structure, and accountability.
Is coaching available in person or online?
Personal growth coaching is available to women in the Orlando area and through secure online sessions. Availability based on your location will be confirmed during your initial consultation.
