Offering Online therapy to Florida Residents ages 18 and up
Free 15- minute consultation
Everyone experiences challenges in life at times. Admitting you can’t do everything on your own is the first step. Having a supportive experienced therapist by your side can make such a difference. Email me or use my online self-scheduler to book a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we are the right fit.
So we’re a good fit, What next?
If we both decide we are a good fit after our intro call, we will schedule our first therapy appointment. I will send you some quick forms to complete before our first session. You can complete these forms conveniently through the Therapy Appointment secure client portal.
Individual Online Therapy
I use an individualized approach that helps you identify and use your strengths, change negative thinking patterns and learn new coping and communication skills. Our sessions will help you gain more insight into your thoughts, actions, and behaviors so you can make positive changes and see improvement in your life and relationships. My past clients have found our sessions to be a key part of strengthening relationships with themselves and those important to them.
Why Online therapy?
There are many reasons people choose Online therapy sessions over in-person. One reason is the convenience of accessing care around your schedule. No commute. No traffic. No lost time at work. During our initial phone call, we can determine if telehealth is right for you.
So how will we connect? You will receive an email from me with a link for our video calls
I work with a range of clients that present a variety of unique circumstances. However, there is a common thread, they are not reaching their full potential. During our initial meeting, we will discuss your specific areas of concern as well as assess if we are the right client/therapist fit. From here, we will schedule your first therapy appointment. I will send you the link to my confidential therapy platform where you can fill out the necessary forms and communicate with me securely.
This online service is designed to schedule non-emergency appointments only. If you are in crisis or having suicidal thoughts, contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988 for immediate support and assistance. If you or a loved one are in immediate danger, call 911.
