What’s Included in Your Care Plan
Ongoing Monthly Sessions: Up to four sessions per month, providing a steady rhythm of care. Sessions are not rushed and may take place in-office or via telehealth.
Integrative Wellness Assessment: A one-time clinical wellness assessment with our medical partner, Tanishia Neal, RN, NBHWC, INHC, founder of Restorative Health & Wellness. This comprehensive consultation reviews your medical history, lifestyle, and symptoms to identify potential root causes affecting your mental and emotional wellbeing—bridging the gap between mental health and physical wellness.
Private Resource Portal: Your secure, personalized space where I curate tools, worksheets, and resources tailored to our work together. Revisit key materials at your own pace and stay engaged between sessions.
Between-Session Support: Stay connected through secure messaging in your portal, helping you maintain momentum and feel supported throughout the month.
Priority Scheduling & Preferred Rate: Members receive priority access to Walk and Talk Therapy with Horses sessions (limited availability) at a preferred member rate when clinically appropriate.
Policies
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours advance notice is required. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to charges. Please see our informed consent for complete policy details.
Good Faith Estimate: As required by law, we provide cost estimates for uninsured clients. You have the right to dispute bills that exceed estimates by $400+. Visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises for more information.
Insurance Reimbursement
For clients seeking insurance reimbursement, we can provide superbills upon request. We recommend contacting your insurance company to verify your out-of-network benefits before scheduling.
